Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of technical support or troubleshooting experience focused on broadband and home internet services
  • Experience supporting telecommunications, ISP, broadband, fiber internet, NBN, or voice service accounts preferred
  • Exposure to US, UK, Canadian, or Australian telecom campaigns is an advantage
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in modem setup, router configuration, connectivity issues, and internet service resolution
  • Experience providing technical support through calls, email, and live chat channels
  • Knowledge of networking concepts including IP configuration, Wi-Fi connectivity, DNS, and internet troubleshooting
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, ticketing platforms, and knowledge base tools
  • Ability to multitask effectively in fast-paced technical support environments
  • Bachelor’s degree holders and undergraduate applicants are welcome to apply

Responsibilities

  • Perform service qualification checks using advanced web-based applications
  • Troubleshoot internet and voice service issues across multiple technologies and platforms
  • Support customers through inbound and outbound calls, live chat, and email communication
  • Assist new customers with internet setup and provide technical recommendations
  • Utilize knowledge base tools to deliver accurate, timely, and effective resolutions
  • Document customer interactions, updates, and resolutions within CRM and tracking systems
  • Ensure compliance with Australian telecommunications regulations, policies, and service standards
